We talking about a "town" with a population of only about 250,000 which already has close to 50 murders recently and is on point to break it's record of 53 last year which has giving this "town" a murder rate HIGHER THAN ATLANTA GEORGIA...

and according to this CNN REPORT...it's actually higher than Chicago .... so wtf is BLM of GEORGIA talking about

The solution isn't sending these hoe azz 10%ing pastors into these "communities"...hell they already THERE RAPING THE COMMUNITY...I know of at least one area in East Savannah where their is a church on all four corners at the intersection and it's A FUKKED UP ENVIORNMENT....murders, robberies...open air market "trapping"...the placae so fukked up it's called "HAZZARD COUNTY"...when I use to visit that part of town to pick up my deejay at the time all types of fukkery was going on.....mofos ROBBED A GROUP OF JEHOVAH WITNESS's


I attended college in savannah during the late 90s.. it was horrible then and its even worst


ATL students were getting robbed...athletes were getting extorted....professors were selling degrees......


...I am an alumni of Savannah State University..yeah the same Savannah State that has had a deadly shooting on campus for each of the last 5 years when I came to visit my fellow alumni for homecoming.......they had a deadly one last fall.....and homecoming is coming on...

so it's "time" for another campus shooting....

I HAVE LIVED IN HOODS AND ENVIORNMENTS all over the states and carribean cause of my father's work as a government contractor.....from the BX.....to DC.....to ATL to islands in the carribean.......but I say nothing ...nothing TERRIFIED me more than the violence in Savannah...

and it hit home for me on two occasions.......a good friend of mine had just became a newlywed till he got his head blown off in Carver Village in WEST SAVANNAH.....the shooting was so gruesome he had to have a closed casket

another friend of mine who attended my mom's church was found ductaped and shot three times in the back of his own damn car in East savannah....

two months ago.....somebody was busting shots inside the food court chasing somebody whom "jacked" him of his phone he was selling on craiglist....

and this food court is located in the MALL which is on the southside...which USE to be an alright area.....but since they KNOCKED DOWN ALL THE PROJECTS shytg got all these goons scattered in areas they shouldn't be doing activity

It's a silly idea because it doesn't address the problem of Chicago being the most segregated city in America or the fact black male unemployment (20-24) is 53%. Those are the main reasons Chicago is fukked up.

BLM said that economics isn't a solution to black issues so I'm not shocked they'd suggest a silly idea like this.

CHICAGO — A Black Lives Matter group based in Georgia says it has a solution to ending the violence in Chicago, but members have run into criticism from organizers in Chicago who question the group's motive in focusing on black-on-black crime and on the murder of 8-year-old Tyshawn Lee.

Members of Black Lives Matter Savannah said they plan to release a book, "Social Surge Theory: Eradicating Black On Black Crime in Chicago & Other Major U.S. Cities," by the end of the month.

The solution that Black Lives Matter Savannah proposes is called a "Social Surge Theory," in which clergy, upper-middle class blacks and social activists would be asked to move into the neighborhoods in Chicago most affected by the record-breaking violence, discriminatory policies and black flight.

"The 'surging individual' recruited would be evaluated, trained, and embedded to live within this particular area with a strategic purpose based upon the need of targeted area and the social qualification of 'surging individual,'" the book summary states. "Surging individuals would be commissioned to use formed relationships with community while also using their unique skills to serve the needs of that particular area based upon the analytics and research of the crime study."

A few weeks ago, several community organizations used a similar tactic when asking Chicagoans to patrol their neighborhoods. Despite the "surge," 13 people were killed and another 52 people were wounded in citywide shootings during the Labor Day Weekend.

The book has a chapter called "The Chicago Effect," along with mentioning strategies regarding as conflict resolution, job creation, opening businesses and opening charter schools.

"In our research, you'll need at least 5 to 10 percent of people to move into a neighborhood such as Riverdale to stabilize it," said Jomo Kenyatta, a member of Black Lives Matter Savannah. "You can't do that overnight. It takes months. It takes years. For a surge to work, it takes a consensus of community groups to work together."

The book features a photo of Tyshawn Lee on the cover. Tyshawn, 8, was killed after being lured from a basketball court in Auburn Gresham to a nearby alley last year by a gang member who targeted Lee's father by going after his family members, prosecutors said.

Kenyatta, who is listed as a contributor to the book, sai the circumstances surrounding Tyshawn's death resonated with him.

"It was one of the most heartbreaking stories I've ever heard. In gang culture, there's some sort of code of conduct," Kenyatta said. "The people that knew Tyshawn in Chicago, he left an imprint on their lives. We wanted to dedicate this book to his memory and write this book with a sense of urgency so the next Tyshawn Lee may not have the same fate."

"The focus of the book is not Chicago, but Chicago is seen as a microcosm of what is occurring in other major U.S. cities," Kenyatta said. "The book will be released nationally and we hope more cities might adopt the theory."

Black Lives Matter Savannah said the group's parent organization has not done enough to address violence in the black community.

Jim Crow is dead and this is definitely not Moscow. Middle class and upper class blacks are not moving back to the hood.

Single parenthood and guns are the main contributors to the chaos in the streets.

But what specifically does that mean tho? To many people are always on that "the way to fix the problem is to spend money on programs that will fix the problem" tip. It doesn't mean anything. It doesn't do nothing but get an applause line from the crowd and daps on the Coli.

But that would male to much sense on a humane level...but wait...when white kids starting overdosing on heroin a national program was started to combat drug abuse....and white Sandy Hook happen gun control was on the table nationwide....Blacks CANT FIX CHICAGO.....alone at least.....but as usual whitey gets the pass...because black on black crime is not thier issue...yall do see the brainwashed hypocrisy right?

They haven't solved those problems either. Gun control didn't go anywhere and the drug problem is still huge.
