Well the "great " parts aren't really the ones who need genuine people, but good for u. If you're serious there's lots of grassroots, results oriented orgs u could seek out and ask them how u can help, for starters

I live in Madison, hella Chi people move here as basically refugees from the violence. And of course, violence here is extremely low. No access to guns, usually anyway.

Exactly. What makes your area safer is either the mindset of the residents, the accessibility of guns/other fukkery or both. As long as it isn't JUST the former then it can work imo


Is your city very highway accessible? I noticed the shyttiest black neighborhoods tend to be near major highways and it's a no brainier where drugs can just appear in that situation.

If they moved residents without dumping them all in the same areas at once it could work out. I'm also curious to see how an insulated black rural town would work out.

So once u get the black on black crime down to 0 then what ? You're gonna give everybody a good job with a living wage, you're gonna fire the entire police force and bring in only cops that care about people, you're going to throw a couple billion to all the neighborhood schools so the kids can get the best education, and then u gone still make home for dinner right ?

And my point is that as an outsider you're bringing your uninformed outsider opinions to a situation that doesn't need them. If you're genuinely concerned, learn something about the situation first. Ok maybe u can't pack up and leave wherever u at but u can read a source other than a new story about a murder. Pick up a sociology or history book about chicago. Reach out thru social media to somebody who actually lives here

Rural area outside of a major highway is my idea then. But that would require the government intervening without trying to fukk over black people in the process and at this point I can't really trust them to do that.

I'm not I was explaining what others who don't live in chicago see.All they're reading/seeing is constant violence & chaos not from l.a.,not philly,not new york but chicago every other day

fukk them areas I wanna be an outsider to them areas I been moved out the hood years ago I lived on the southside as a young kid then westside from age 8 to adult I live 10 mins outside the city(forest park) right now.
