This is happening because a whole generation of black people refused to guide there sons. Not because they couldn't do it, but because they didn't want too.

This is true. When the jects was up, crime, shootings were kept very centralized to specific areas.

Projects got tore down 20-25 years ago, all the residents moved into the various neighborhoods and destabilized them. You got areas that were solid black middle class neighborhoods filled with teachers, cops, factory workers etc that are now complete shyt.

Chicago’s main problem is that they knocked down all those housing projects so these young bucks aren’t contained anymore and just running these streets with not much to do except start shooting mfkuhs
