Well the parents could start with actually disciplining their kids and calling out their adults children degeneracy. I knew someone from high school who got arrested for credit card fraud, got arrested for driving a stolen car, and then again was caught driving a hijacked car with a bunch of people and when cornered by the police tried to ram into them and was shot at (was on video).
