Breh we got names of preachers and politicians who took money intended for these kids and used it for their personal gain..

Gang culture is the worst, it's like a virus and nobody knows how to cure it.
That's why I believe that all these issues the progressives keep on bringing up are separate from this, as is most policies anyone brings up. People won't stop gangbanging because they don't have to take a loan to go to college or because they have free healthcare. As we have seen in other countries. Gang culture is a deep and complex cultural problem. Ignorant young poor mothers having babies with a gang member who dips, creating a vicious circle. But unlike poverty excluding gang culture, people want to join, even certain kids from good homes.

True but lets fess up tho.. Chicago is straight up on another level with this murder shyt. Damn near going on 5-6 years running. Its so fukking bad there that it now seems like every black male in America is being held accountable for Chicago. Lets be real.. All of that "well what about black on black crime" mumbo jumbo jive 90% of the time is because of some shyt that went down there. Yeah we know the causes for this systematically but Chicago is starting to look like something different. Like an mutated offshoot-anomaly of inner city crime. Almost on some Walking Dead shyt. To be fair, Chicago is a huge fukking city with a lot of people so of course the numbers are going to look crazier from there than smaller/wilder cities like New Orleans or Baltimore
