What economic opportunities don't we have? Black people are in various different fields in workplaces
Reason why there aren't many of us in some fields than others is because:
1) we're only 13 percent of the population
2) a lot of our culture doesn't promote things that we could find interest in.
People always talk about how tech companies don't hire enough black people when the truth is there aren't enough black people learning tech. Opportunities are there, nikkas just gotta stop wasting time. The Homeland Security Investigations, or HSI, agents are set to assist other federal law enforcement and Chicago police in crime-fighting efforts, the Tribune reported, though the specifics of their mission were not made public.

My first words were that you're right about the systemic issues - never said to ignore them.
This country is bigger than 1 city. You could argue the case that the whole country needs to get thrown into the bushes. But that's done with reform by revolution, whether by uprising; economically, physically, or politically, and it's the long game. We need a new code of conduct on how we regulate ourselves, so that we are not killing innocent people in the process of defeating white supremacy. 10 to 20 people in a fukking drive by... come on man.
I'm not naive to believe that shyt is going to happen overnight in the middle of how the culture is right now.
You have to start somewhere by going after the illegal gun trade, and illegal police proliferation. That's just 1 action to many more.
