Death penalty for anyone involved in a shoot out and the problem is solved. Ya'll don't get it this isnt a black/white/brown thing, this is a systemic thing where you have no hope the minute you are born into the wrong situation. But again we don't hear of these type of things happening in China because those people are rotting away in labor camps or getting a bullet in the head by the government without even a trial. The more a government puts fear into its citizens the more abiding they become. You can't have it both ways because freedom leads to lawlessness.

Cuz it's our friends, cousins, brothers, uncle's, etc., and we believe too strongly in minding our business and unconditional love. Basically we don't hold our own accountable.
These women are a large part of the problem too. Having these babies in environments not conducive to a solid upbringing. Having babies by men who won't set a good example or won't be around.

Chicago man charged with murder in beating death of 1-year-old boy
Chicago authorities have charged a 23-year-old man with murder in connection with the beating death of a toddler earlier this week on the city’s South Side.
Michael Robinson allegedly pummeled the 23-month-old boy just after noon on the 4200 block of South Calumet Avenue Tuesday, punching him multiple times in the face, police said.
Antwun Gayden, the victim, was pronounced dead at Comer Children’s Hospital a half hour after the incident.

Man, 29, shot while driving later crashes near 79th Street on Dan Ryan Expressway, police say
A 29-year-old man crashed his vehicle near 79th Street on the Dan Ryan Expressway after he was shot while driving in the first block of East 99th Street, Chicago police said.
The shooting happened about 3 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of East 99th Street. The man heard shots and felt pain. He then proceeded to enter the expressway and crashed around 79th Street, police said.
He suffered wounds to the right thigh, right arm and right upper back. He was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center where his condition was stabilized, police said.
Earlier, Chicago police and Illinois State Police said shots were fire, but it was not clear who had jurisdiction.
Later Thursday, ISP sent out a statement saying the CPD was in charge of the investigation, and announced closures on Interstate 94.
According to a spokesperson, lanes were closed on the northbound 79th Street ramp to northbound 71st Street while officials investigate. On Facebook Thursday, many reported hearing gunfire, similar to an AK 47 in the area.
CTA Red Line trains were bypassing the 79th Street Station due to police activity and shuttle buses were available from Garfield to 95th.
I've went to every local news outlet and barely a peep.
