Realistically speaking? With anything, people will imitate what they see, they'll always become products of their environment. Some will become something, but the vast majority won't...

This stuff is sad . School isn't evil it's a tool that can help or hinder . The streets though are a dead end Im not from chi but sounds like the system broken . The education system failing the kids and the prison system profiting .
