What do you cats consider a cheat day?

Today, I cheated with 5 wings with blue cheese dressing. A pint of henney :ehh:

Had a tuna on wheat to break fast and a slice of cheese pizza around 2:30.

Anyways, describe yall cheat days.

Edit: This is not typical.

Are cheat days straight up ignoring what calorie amount you've stuck to throughout the rest of the week or what? and how much past that will hurt? I'm just wondering cuz I get it's like challenging your body after eating healthy for a while or whatever, but I'm still confused how the hell this is supposed to help you lose weight (if gaining weight is the goal then it wouldnt seem like an issue). Is it solely so you can eat what you crave even though it may be unhealthy so you can still have the good (but trashy) stuff in life?

I just don't give a fukk and OD on mines. Mines was yesterday. Just ran 5 miles though :shaq:

Basically. In my case I'm not trying to lose weight, and a cheat meal/day every so often keeps me sane. I haven't found any adverse effects so far.

If youre diligent 5-6 days out of the week you can afford to indulge that 7th day

Or you can look at it as, if 80-90% of your daily calories are good, that last 10-20% can be "sanity food". Youre not gonna get fat from 10-20% of your calories

What I try to do is cut carbs as much as possible 3 days a week, have good carbs on 3 other days, and just not give a fukk that last day. Combined w/cardio that shyt seems to be working, although a little slowly.

I cheat on Sunday's. Usually a few slices of pizza and maybe some wings for dinner and that's about it. My breakfast/lunch routine pretty much stay the same.



I don't even wanna talk about it.

I live for cheat days lmao.

Right now I'm trying to only have those every 28 days or so. I won't lie that weekend I usually go ape shyt.

That said so of the bad food I crave like pizza just isn't doing it for me. These desserts however :usure:

an hour later though in my mind i start feeling like :flabbynsick: and can't wait to get back in the gym on Monday...

it provides more motivation so i'm like :manny:

I try to have a healthy breakfast doe so I don't get outta control.


I'm starting that if diet on monday so hopefully I'll stick to my cheat meal and not the whole day.

I eat these (6 of them) almost everyday for lunch. These are full size too, not them pinky sized shyts restaurants be selling. Go to Costco and get yourself a 5lb bag(about 40 wings per bag) for $12. Might be a little too much sodium for some but :manny:
