I have watched every episode of Walking Dead, Mad Men, GOT, Penny Dreadful, House of Lies, Girls...

I have also never seen one of them at the time they actually came on television

I don't think I know anyone who watches a show when it comes on

shows being dvr'd is reflected in the ratings though isnt it?

There are +7 and +21 ratings that reflect when shows are watched with the next week/3 weeks...but I have no idea if those were used for this chart. I doubt it though

I just realized I don't watch a single network show anymore. I watch sports and that's about it. Every show I keep up with is on AMC, FX, HBO or Showtime, etc.

The way people watch tv is changing. Networks have to catch on.

What they need to do is start showing there shows on there websites with the commercials and count the viewers that way. I am sorry the neilsons will no longer be accurate for men 18-40

need to have little tickers on the bottom like sports with the commercials. Aint no one trying to see that shyt when torrents and dvr is available

i used to watch hell's kitchen religiously...

but after a few seasons of that shyt, it's pretty much the worst show on tv to me now.

LMAO...outside of Modern Family (and i still dont catch every episode), I don't watch any of those shows....not even the black woman "must-watch" scandal. I'm usually late catching onto shows, I mostly count on WOM, but the few I do watch are on basic cable, netflix, or a stolen HBO account

Crazy how network TV was the go-to when I was growing up.
