And many black families take care of children of others members too, many black families raise their cousins, grand kids, niece or nephew, adoptions inside the family exist but not formal like international adoption. And you seem to forget that black economic situation are not good like Charlize Theron or some rich folks who are able to buy children from third world countries like pet, the procedures are very expensive.

I think one can look at the black "community" as a whole and see how affective black parenting currently is. I say this as someone who grew up with both parents in the household. If you're not willing to admit that the black "community," in general, is a fukked up cesspool of over sexualized, fatherless, illegitimate, underdeveloped people then you don't care about fixing the issues. Look at Chicago where dozens of people are just being shot up for no reason, a 1 year old baby (one fukking years old) just got killed by gang members.
