How is defunding the police going to diminish the single biggest threat currently to the black community?
Which is the fact that 97 percent of black americans are murdered by other black americans, and not white supremacy contrary to popular belief. "defund" is the wrong word to use. reallocating funds to more meaningful shyt a more sensible idea.
At the end of the day, the less crime, the less cops are needed, and it sorta defunds itself.

This is a step towards defunding them. Some of the funds taken from the yearly budget would go towards this.
Honest question, did you know that’s what ‘defunding the police’ meant. I’m being serious.. because A LOT of people run with the notion that it means to ‘get rid of’ the police. It looks like that’s what Chuck thought too.
