As tragic as these recent cases has been, I don't think anyone will ever set me off more than that one. Maybe Eric Garner..that one had me red in the face. Followed by Floyd/Arbery.

Got damn I'm literally here ranking black killings on the level of anger I had. This country ain't shyt
I watched the whole case and couldn't believe when this piece of shyt got off. I wish instead of nikkaz killing rappers out of jealousy they would just kill the people that deserve to die like George Zimmerman.

Don't worry. You're probably not black so even if you hang around bad dudes, police will overlook you like they the did the 17 year old white supremacist with the rifle that shot the 2 protesters after egging them on.
Alright breh whatever floats your boat just know that at the end of the day its about survival. But i think Charles has a point even though he's been a c00n and loves making controversial statements for tv.

I think this case is another unfortunate situation that rises from everyone being armed to the teeth. This country has a disease and its the 2nd amendment. I personally think cops shouldn't be allowed to carry either.

I ain't gonna do that. My bad.

While you're right about the idea that the cops nor citizens shouldn't carry guns, the entire idea of the police was built on bigotry.

When the original European criminals colonized the native American land, there was no such thing as law enforcement. The country was basically the wild wild west where everything was solved on gun battles and death fights.

The original idea of the police were to keep slavery in check. That's it. The police force was built off the backs of the Ku Klux Klan. They are inherently built on bigotry so I agree on nothing in law enforcement.

If police can have guns in this fukked up country, citizens should carry guns. Citizens should additionally never have to pay taxes to fund police and should also be allowed to take the law into their own hands.

That cop should've been gunned down without question. The police are just a legal gang like cigarettes are legalized drugs that do more harm than weed.

Valid point but Charles has a history of c00nish statements; him and Shaq.

I listened to the clip but it's short. Did he go any more in depth? Charles is a c00n but I hope he isn't c00ning now

George Floyd is very cut and dry and it's on video. He was handcuffed and telling them that he couldn't breathe while someone sat on his neck for 8 mins. There is no way to spin it into some "yeah the police officer was wrong, but the police department and lawmakers are also at fault because xyz"

Breonna taylor is also cut and dry murder, but I can understand someone saying it's "different"

I am not excusing the police at all, they should be in jail for murder

My whole thing is that this was a 6:1 jury which is very unusual. There is no evidence that there was anyone there that shot at the police. Out of several witnesses, only one said that he heard a knock? They tried to get an ex to say that she was involved in drugs. It sounds like they're just trying to dig up dirt to not make the pigs look so unclean because of the times that we're living in.

Where is the body cam? Proof of warrant? None of this in question, just word of mouth. Barkley is an idiot and should've just kept his mouth shut, which is hard for him. He's not a whitlock c00n. He's just an idiot that doesn't think before he speaks. This is one of the cases.

Agreed, and I'm sure the police are lying. In cases like this they lie 100 percent of the time

Before her boyfriend shot the cop did they announce that they were police first?

I haven't been following the story because I prefer a stress free existence but the answer to that question I'd assume would be pretty important when deciding on which take ur running with
it really doesn't matter. if the police enter into my house without my permission they are gettin taken care of, period. there is no valid warrant because i'm not doing anything that would need a warrant. i don't care who signed it.

The thing is idc if the boyfriend did shoot at the cops, Breonna Taylor didn't brandish a weapon or fire one. She was an innocent bystander and the police should not have blindly and carelessly fired without consideration for the danger their gunfire could pose to innocents. What if there were children in the home? What if bullets went through those walls and killed a neighbor? Your job as a police officer is to PROTECT AND SERVE. If all you care about as a police officer is protecting your own life first and foremost, you don't deserve your badge, you are not a hero, and don't deserve to be respected by the community.

So let's pose this hypothetical. If a suspect commits a crime in a crowded public area and he is spotted or observed by police and subsequently they attempt to arrest him, if the suspect opens fire on the police in an attempt to flee, would the police be justified in shooting in a crowded public area if they kill someone just because the suspect fired first at them? fukk NO!

Stop allowing these bytchmade ass police to get away with this fukk shyt. Stop!

It's real tricky for me. Even someone announcing police and busting in is a very very common trick hitmen use where I'm from.
I thinks no knck warrants are the issue here.
The cops were directly told to knock and announce though; they admitted that the situation changed and they weren’t supposed to rely on the original no-knock order. Louisville also banned the use of no-knock warrants already.

The real issue is qualified immunity and the level of deference that we give to cops because it lets them get away with crimes that regular citizens would be charged and convicted for. Under Kentucky state law you’re allowed to respond to a home invasion with deadly force, as her boyfriend did here, unless you know the intruder is a cop with a legal right to enter (it’s generally called the Castle Doctrine but it’s under Kentucky Revised Statute 503.055). But cops get the benefit of the doubt just for being cops, despite dramatically fukking up, hence the qualified immunity issue.

They didn’t even indict the officers and try to hash this out in court which is a whole other level of fukked up.
