Sir Charles is right -- the Breonna Taylor incident isn't like the George Floyd & Ahmaud Arbery cases because those men were killed for being black.

Ms.Taylor was killed in an unfortunate exchange of gunfire between her boyfriend and the police.

The debate over why guns were fired in the first-place will rage on forever -- but Ms.Taylor wasn't randomly stopped by law-enforcement and killed for posing a "threat" (i.e. being black), she was killed on accident while sound-asleep in a botched raid on her home.

If that's what he meant, he needs to articulate it better and make it still clear that it's the Pigs fault regardless.

I agree with this. Warrant laws need to be changed. Charles does have a point to an extent. She didn't deserve to die but that's a risk you take living with someone that's into the game. I done told my fam and boys you hang around trouble you have no one else to blame if you become the innocent victim. I've had to cut dudes out of my life for this very reason.

As tragic as these recent cases has been, I don't think anyone will ever set me off more than that one. Maybe Eric Garner..that one had me red in the face. Followed by Floyd/Arbery.

If you was a police officer and shots were fired at you then you would bust back too. I think this is poor police work overall but think about this.. The actual shooter lived..

THE POLICE WERE TOLD TO KNOCK AND ANNOUNCE BUT THEY DIDN'T. This has been established and it’s why they tried to later prove that they actually announced their presence. Instead they kicked open a door, were met with a single gunshot in self-defense, and indiscriminately fired into the apartment over 20 times rather than identify themselves as they were told to do. Breonna was hit five times and didn't get any medical attention for 20 minutes. And they didn’t find any drugs or illegal weapons in the apartment so their warrant wasn’t even accurate.

You don't have to defend these fukk ass cops. It’s a fact that cops lie and they claimed not to have any body camera footage despite at least one of the cops having a body camera mount on. But sure, let’s blame someone who was innocent in every sense of word for her own death rather than hold the police to a higher standard.

It requires literally zero effort to just not defend police misconduct. All that no-knock warrant talk is moot.

I don't understand the point of commenting without listening, he states clearly that you have to take into account that the boyfriend shot at the cops and shot at cops, its clear what he's implying. 1) the boyfriend shot at what he thought were intruders and 2) it hasn't even been proven that he shot a cop.

I don't know who shot first but the whole shyt could have been avoided. What was he wanted for that made them think they needed a no knock? You can catch a nikka on the streets easy if he has a warrant.
