Sir Charles is right -- the Breonna Taylor incident isn't like the George Floyd & Ahmaud Arbery cases because those men were killed for being black.

Ms.Taylor was killed in an unfortunate exchange of gunfire between her boyfriend and the police.

The debate over why guns were fired in the first-place will rage on forever -- but Ms.Taylor wasn't randomly stopped by law-enforcement and killed for posing a "threat" (i.e. being black), she was killed on accident while sound-asleep in a botched raid on her home.

I didn’t see the full clip only what’s posted but I don’t need to. As he was saying that. That’s when Shaq or Kenny should’ve cut him off and tell him he’s wrong.

out of 12 witnesses, only 1 said they heard the police announce themselves

Edit: even the 1 witness who said it was most likely forced

Moreover, in a CNN interview Wednesday night, Walker’s attorney, Steven Romines, said the witness to whom Cameron was referring initially said he did not hear the police announce themselves. And he repeated that assertion in a second interview. It was only after his third interview that he finally said he heard an announcement. That’s critical context that Cameron neglected to mention.
Police and prosecutors are really good at getting people to say what they want to hear.
The police had a "no knock" warrant. They dont need no permission to enter.
Incorrect, it was changed to a knock-and-announce warrant that the cops botched. That’s why they tried to argue that they did indeed announce themselves when little evidence supports that.

What We Know About Breonna Taylor’s Case and Death
While the department had received court approval for a “no-knock” entry, the orders were changed before the raid to “knock and announce,” meaning that the police had to identify themselves.

The officers have said they did announce themselves, but Mr. Walker said he did not hear anything.
And they entered the wrong house
Kinda, depends what you mean by wrong apartment because they didn’t find anything they were looking for on the warrant.

Unfortunate exchange of gunfire :jbhmm:

There’s really no debate, laws exist that allow you to defend yourself with force against a home invasion. The cops didn’t announce their presence despite being required to do so, and her boyfriend shot first to defend his home. The blame falls squarely on the police and the prosecutors for failing to even indict.

Can we not post what Charles; Whitlock, Stephen A, and other sports c00ns say? We all know where they stand.

While SAS does flip flop a lot, tbf he said that the laws in Kentucky were fukked up and it was only a matter of time before something like this happened and that there must be change :manny:
