this loss was definitely on defense...not one notable defensive playmaker out there..and special teams, one of our glaring weaknesses, bit us in the fukking ass..esp on that one punt return...i never seen such poor tackling

TWO critical TDs given up where the receiver had space and time to freaking moonwalk into the endzone
And they were in the redzone where spacing is supposed to be tightest
Obviously the scheme that got this team 70 sacks wasn't working, would have liked to see him try different things to pressure and contain Mahomes. maybe throw in some "exotic" blitzes just to keep him on his toes and off balance. Something, damn

When you think about it, our defense wasn't as stacked as we thought. Every good QB we played all season we underperformed. Bad field or not, our secondary got exposed outside of CGJ. We need a fresh start especially at DC. Let Jordan Davis and Milton Williams anchor the d line, free Nakobe, and draft wellwoke up still angry as hell
this loss is gonna be tough to get over knowing we wont have a team this stacked again
I'm not as angry as I thought I would be. We lost to an all time QB and I can't be mad at Big Red. Hurts went legend. We finally have a franchise QB for the first time in at least a decade. Looking forward to what Howie does to build around him

"Big play Slay" been trash for like half the season. On one of those wide open TDs it was his man. Looked like he either gave up on the play when dude zagged or for whatever reason he thought it was better to double Kelce and leave his guy wide the fukk open
