Definitely Pam Grier...and I disagree about her not being so much known for talent nor looks...she was the definitive woman in Hollywood (and in general) during the 70s when it came to looks, talent and star power...she just never was given the right movie role (until Jackie Brown) that showcased her best.

Her name was really BIG back then from what I've learned.
