Well it splits to about $200 an employee. ..the gesture is nice although it raises a lot of questions. ..

Not in that manner, no.

But some companies used to have profit sharing as recent as 10 years ago..

Companies that still do that are extremely rare now...

Lol right...I immediately thought of profit sharing. ..but I don't know anyone that has had the pleasure of working for a caring company:snoop:

From that same article...
...A few U.S. CEOs have donated their bonuses to charity. John Mackey, head of Whole Foods, donated his 2009 bonus of nearly $380,000 to the Global Animal Partnership, according to Philanthropy Today....

$380,000? He leveraged that as an itemized deduction for his taxes. If he just shared it with his employees, he would not be able to write it off. So this allows him to pay less in taxes for his 2010 tax return.

People are questioning why he did it...lol I'm curious myself....it's interesting to me although I'm sure he didn't just decide to be generous although I'm certain that money is nothing to him...

You sound dumb bytch shut up.

Mind your business.

More CEO's should do this. It's a bit random though since most of them don't do shyt like this but I wouldn't be complaining if someone was sharing their money with me.
