Success is Hollywood is a function of looks and talent (in addition to other intangibles such as hard work, politics and willingness to sell your soul/sit on the casting couch if required).
Having said that, this thread is only focusing on the looks aspect and actors/actresses you think did not leverage on their looks enough.
Another one I'll add is Ilfenesh Hadera. I know she is on Godfather of Harlem but this woman is so beautiful to me. I'm scratching my head wondering how, at age 35, her only other notable credit is a role in the Baywatch reboot
. She might not be blockbuster movie material but with all these lame ass TV shows around, surely those credits should be a lot stronger than they are (only two main roles according to Wikipedia).
