That's what I was saying in that thread about Lizzo, that a some point you become a symbol of other people's "struggles" or "causes" and they will be extremely quick to turn on you once you move on with your life. Some people need some sort of validation and example and when it's gone they'll always managed to spin it in some way to still be victims. All these people probably talk about body acceptance and whatnot, well accept that Adele's body has changed and she's visibly comfortable with that.
