They really got the T'Pol actress to come back I thought Avery Brooks would come back to Trek before Jolene Blalock would. I'm sure the LD producers reached out to Avery Brooks for a cameo

None of the old ST characters were re-casted, they got the OG actors to voice their characters...

Its been speculated by trekkies online that Garak wasn't from Harlem for years now Garak was a alien with a job that many straight males have in real life (tailor) and while watching DS9 Garak didn't seem to be gay to me but that's what some of the fanbase thought


One thing I noticed about LD is they do acknowledge the Star Trek internet fanbase, people have been complaining for years about Harry Kim never getting a promotion on Voyager and they made a joke about it on LD
