Being down 3-1 with the other team having 2 out of the next 3 games in their arena?
If Horry hadn't saved Kobe in game 4, then the refs would not have been able to save them in game 6.

It's also funny that Kobe wasn't the best player on his team in the first 4 finals he attended.

That's only because he played alongside the most dominant player in NBA history during that stretch. 2000-02 Shaq was arguably more dominant than 91-93 Jordan. Jordan just had more longevity but peak Shaq probably the best player in NBA history. And lets not pretend like Kobe wasn't averaging 29 PPG, 7 RPG, 6 APG in the playoffs alongside Shaq who was averaging 30 PPG and 15 RPG. Kobe had multiple 40 point games in the playoffs during that run against teams like San Antonio and Sacremento (the 2 toughest teams the Lakers faced).

The Kobe and Shaq pairing of the early 2000s was some unprecedented shyt. Never before in the league's history were the 2 best players in the league playing on the same team. That was the case in 2001 and 2002. Only year you could argue Kobe was a normal sidekick was 99-00 when he was 21 years old. And even then he put up 23/5/5.

Kobe validated his greatness when he won 2 more rings at 30 and 31 with Pau Gasol as his 2nd option. A guy who was less regarded than Chris Bosh before joining Kobe. And remember Chris Bosh was LeBron's 3rd option. So that means Kobe did the same thing LeBron did at Miami at an older age with a lesser supporting cast.

Just because Lebron is the 2nd greatest player doesn't mean he can do it alone.Teams win championships,not individuals.

The 2008 celtics had 3 hall of famers plus Rondo and Perkins.And no,I don't believe GS is unbeatable,but they're still the favorites.So it won't be a upset if the warriors beat the Cavs.

Lol at GS only having 1 great player.Durant's so-called supporting cast won 140 games over the last two seasons(70 win average) Curry is a 2-time mvp winner.He averaged 30 ppg last season and is averaging 25 ppg over his last 370 games(5 seasons).Durant's supporting cast won 70 games without him,how many games would Lebron's supporting cast win ?....40 games ?

How is Kyrie a better sidekick than Curry when Kyrie can't even make the playoffs without Lebron ?

Warriors last 2 years were a gimmick team like the Nash Suns. They got lucky in 2015 cause everybody got injured. And last year they should have been beat by OKC but got lucky. And then they were rightly exposed by LeBron and Kyrie. They won 70 games in the same fashion those Suns teams won 60 games. It was a gimmick and nobody really cares in the regular season. The fact OKC had them down 3-1 proves they were overrated. And then the fact Kyrie and LeBron single-handedly beat them in games 5,6,and 7 show that as well.

Durant joining the Warriors is like LeBron joining the 2006 Suns. Sure he makes them a lot better. But they ain't unbeatable. It would be one superstar (LeBron) with a good supporting cast.

@Mars and please don't try to argue with me about Kyrie vs Curry.

Kyrie exposed that bum last year in the finals. Its insulting to even compare them. Kyrie is the vastly better player.

and clearly Love>Draymond+Klay:mjlol::troll:

No. Draymond is much better than Love. And Klay is the dude that makes this matchup even.

LeBron > KD
Kyrie >>> Curry
Love <<< Draymond
whoever <<< Klay

bench = even

Last year the Cavs had the 2 best players in the series while the warriors had the next 6-7. Kyrie and LeBron proved that they were better than the next 6 or 7 warriors players. This year the Cavs only have 2 of the top 3 players. The Warriors don't have quite as much depth which is why the series is still a toss-up but the slight edge goes to the Warriors.

curry haters are pathetic

2 MVPs, multiple records, and should be going for his 2nd championship this year

No. He's Steve Nash 2.0.

Only difference is Nash didn't get lucky in 2005-06 with the rest of the league's superstars getting injured. Only reason the 2015 Warriors won the chip is because every other team was decimated with injuries. 2016 Finals exposed them as frauds as LeBron and Kyrie single-handedly beat them. And a series earlier KD and Russ had them down 3-1 before they collapsed.

And lets not forget Curry was horrible in both finals.

The dude is a complete media creation. In reality he ain't nothing more than a new age Steve Nash.
