yeah me and my girl watch Happy Together and i could tell it was doomed from the start but felt like if it gained traction and made it a few seasons they would transition to more just about the couple and their friends/family.

I knew Happy Together would get cancelled because you can't have a black show with the black leads being extra corny

God Friended me is the shyt though it can be sappy at times I like the concept, The Neighborhood is cool. I wanted to like Happy Together but it was too corny and so I stopped watching it after like 4 or 5 episodes.
With that said, am I the only one who got to see Javica Leslie who play's Mile's sister on God Friended Me come up? She used to be on web series at first so it's dope to see her fine ass on the show even if she is playing a lesbian.
Peep game, a lot of interracial stuff going on with these shows. All of them!

Facts! They didn't need the white kid and it made the show too corny. At the same time it was dope to see Damon Wayans Jr giving it a try and the chick who played his wife who used to be on the Carmichael Show.
