if you're a victim of a crime, you have no say about when a criminal case happens. you do when you're a civil plaintiff, and the statute of limitations is much shorter.

and a civil case doesn't let people avoid going under oath, you're under oath at a deposition and you're under oath if there's a trial. and evidence from civil trials can be used in criminal cases.

The time it takes to go to trial shouldn’t be the top priority, the outcome is. Justice is. Jail time is. Shorty dated this ngga for a decade but now a court trial is too much to wait for? Imagine Harvey Weinstein’s accusers not filing charges bc ‘ehhh a 2 year wait is too long’

Im no expert but I think it’s going to be very difficult to prove what she’s saying unless she has evidence. I do agree that there is definitely some kind of financial motivation in all this otherwise she could’ve done this a few years ago.
Aside from becoming accustomed to the lifestyle, I’ll never understand why she would put up with this for so many years. Her career never really went nowhere for me to say she gained something out of all this. He appears to have done more for Caresha in less time.

You'd be surprised, honestly.
