Another fatherless rapper with no proper guidance or intellect...

Also I have ZERO remorse, cuz it takes NOTHING to read over your contract..then ask questions..

Edit: Also the latest laughing stock.

Typical street homie:"Cuuh Cuuuuuh! You aint eeno who you signt tu?! :bryan:
:what: What does him being fatherless have to do with reading over paperwork?
And second off, these ain’t no one page contracts, these contracts are written in legalize and can be dozens of pages (especially since he is on multiple labels)
He should’ve hired a lawyer, but :camby:with that fatherless talk

Because if had a man of substance in his life i.e. FATHER..

He could have asked him for help, like MOST sons will do of their father...and not OVERLOOK the paperwork.

He wouldnt be baffled about how the industry works looking like a dumbfound naive rapper who is OBVIOUSLY being taken advantage of if he cant tell who he is signed to.

And second off-

Its 2019 with 100 of books written about the business..

What does how many pages have to do with it if its YOUR LIFE? :snoop:

How many stories are floating around the net about bad contracts?

Breh could have signed a 20 album deal and not know it..

And you are making excuses on why he didnt read the contract? :gucci:

And then you want to question ME about a young black male not having a father, based off the ignorance of his own career?

My nicca, is YOUR daddy in your life?

And would he allow YOU to sign a rap contract where YOU dont even know the records label you are signed to?

Bruh there is no excuses for signing bad paperwork 40+ years into the rap industry. If you don't get help advice or guidance to look over the paperwork that's on you.

These are the brakes

That awkward silence :francis:

Wack got him comfortable by treating him like he was a big homie and then fukked him over. Would have been better off building his resume.

:martin:

Sugarhill Gang didn't go through shady record contract for us to get caught up 40 year's later for the same shyt:mjcry:

I get the argument of how he should have done better, read more, taken more time, etc...

but what leverage did this kid have, at the time anyway, to sign a BETTER deal than whatever he has now? :what:

its not like the kid was a proven successful independent with an engaged, cult-like fan base. he basically paid to go viral, and any buzz around him was flash-in-the-pan, novelty based. word of mouth spread that he was a rapping human meme, and people clicked play to see what was so funny. he was lucky to parlay that into a legitimate deal :manny:

its not like he is a one of a kind talent adding something revolutionary new to the game. people like this are exactly the types you'd expect to sign a shytty deal...

and on top of that, outside of the number of people involved, we dont even know if his deal is actually bad. hes lucky anyone is interested at all and lucky to have finessed the internet and general public into listening. hes playing with house money, basically
