No, she’s clearly older than him. But I don’t even know how old she is. Olivia’s talking about writing a thesis (obviously a lie, but the parents didn’t batt an eye). Plus that grown man felt no kind of qualms about hitting on them. So they could be in grad school

Quinn legit looks like a high schooler. If his character is indeed coming out of college then I’d be shocked.
I rewatched the scene: mom’s said it was hard for Quinn and straight white boys his age, then Paula asked for an example and she claimed it was “nearly impossible” for her tech company to hire a white kid out of college…so she pivoted to talking about college grads, I mistook that for her saying Quinn was a recent grad.
