The only thing I don’t get is these people got so much damn money, rocking 75k worth of jewelry at dinner, but they can get their son his own room?

I was wondering the same thing...maybe they're trying to point out that for some parents, especially rich white ones, they neglect what is going on in a young mans life in their developmental years

I don't even think it's really neglect... they just didn't think about it when they booked the room. At the time they booked, the mother was thinking about how to do her conference calls without any one knowing she was out of the country, and the father thought he had testicular cancer. They weren't thinking too hard about how much space their two children plus an extra kid would take up

Huh? This is character driven show. If it was an hour and half movie, sure.

They are all slowly revealing themselves, which should culminate into a good ending.
