Ironman beats was immaculate. The fukk you talking about? That was the last album from the Wu that was just straight raw, before the wu sound got polished (I’m talking core members).

Ghostface became flyer on SC and was more confident on the mic and his creativity hadn’t reached its peak yet but honestly I love how unpolished and raw he was on OB4CL and Ironman, and he was still killing shyt even then. Ghost was just spitting this crazy off kilter shyt and his voice and his slang was just so fukking dope.

Plus Rae and Cappa was on point.

I think Ironman is one of those albums where if you were a fan of Ghost from the start then you would prob like that album over SC. my favs from the beginning of Wu was Mef, RZA (thanks mostly to his rapping on Gravediggaz), GZA and ODB. Ghost and Rae were dope but I was waiting more for albums from the GZA and Method Man before anyone else. I became a bigger Ghost fan when SC dropped.

I love The W but for what it is, but it ain’t better than Forever. Cmon son. Not saying The W is bad, because I honestly think it gets overlooked, but it ain’t on Forever’s level.

Plus it doesn’t have that cohesive feel that the first 2 albums had. It feels more like Rza trying to hold Wu together, rather than Wu actually being together.

I don’t like double albums as a whole. I think the W is more focused than forever. Its highs are higher but the W is more consistent to me
