These ratings are, or at least should be, based on how strong the wrestler is in kayfabe and has nothing to do with how good of a "performer" the person is. With that in mind, 79 seems pretty fair for Carmella. She's not presented as someone who might actually beat Becky, Bianca, Charlotte in a PPV match except for once in a blue moon.
