its probably the one of the only PD's in Alabama with access to EVERYTHING state of the art. Everybody knows that you don't fukk around in Hoover if you don't live there. That's why crime is so low other than in them apartments on Lorna rd. They treat them shyts like an Indian reservation, they basically fend for themselves.
