In truth $200 mil isn't hurting the donator, and only a few people are going to be seeing a significant amount of that money anyways. Guarantee a big chunk of that gets bit off the top by politicians before it makes its' way to the regular folks.

The rest will be a minimal increase to the common people if anything.

They could still pass of the "watered down" reparations as "reparations" though.

Keep in mind there are 44 million people living in the Caribbean.

This is not from he government -- it's from one university. They have many more reparation claims to go after. This isn't the only one -- it's one of many they are due.
