Caribbean food for me is the GOAT. Yes I'm biased as a Jamaican, but I can't deny Ghanian and Nigerians make some good dishes. I went to a Ghanaian restaurant back in the summer and food was cool, but nothing is touching what I was raised on.

Trini food is good but I haven't had that much of it.

I'm making some jerk chicken and rice peas with plaintain for tomorrow.

I got more exposure to Jamaican food growing up, so it's a comfort food = bias.
