Has nothing to do with if he makes great music, who he shows love to, etc. I’m sure he’s a nice guy. The music industry treats him totally different because of his race/ethnicity and that’s fact. He creates black music for whites. If he was Brandon Montell from Jackson, Miss he would never gotten the push.

OT but what happened to your failed gay alias btw?

I'm a Bruno fan, but it's interesting to watch how he's able to pretty much remake old 90s R&B songs/vibes, and have them become wildly popular.

While some of the original pioneers of the music didn't get nearly as much pop fame.

Still like Bruno tho'...always been a fan of musicianship.

Doesn't the industry push Beyonce and Rihanna on over the top levels? And notice how you totally are ignoring the industry going overboard for pushing Drake who has been called numerous times on this very website a "pop artist" and he does R&B. Didnt Drake dominate the charts in 2018? Had people crying about how OVO was buying all that add space to promote Scorpion on all music platforms and shyt. You seriously are going to use that argument as if white folks and the industry weren't all giddy for The Weeknd these past few years?

Bruno Mars has the top spot right now. Plenty of black people done had that spot and got the different/superstar treatment.
