I think what they were going for was flexing that their employees could afford performance/luxury vehicles, but trying to brag about having 2500-2700 in car payments is wild, when you work for a car dealership. I don't think I've known anyone that holds down a job at a dealership long term.

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
I paid $8500 for a 2008 Lexus IS 250 zero car note :manny:

And it does the same thing that $1500 a month charger does. Sure it has more horsepower, but I spend less in gas. Sure the hellcat is faster, but there’s a speed limit and traffic so we both drive pretty much the same speed most of the time.

:scust: at having a 1000 dollar a month note on a Ford SUV in 2022. Its wild that's there's normal everyday average joes have 1000 dollar car payments. That's higher than rent in certain places :damn:

BMW M5 is one of my favorite cars, I thought the M5 was in that rich people tier of cars (2022 model has an 1000+ a month payment) but their might be average joes out there who have M5 considering the ppl in OP have M5 type notes on their cars :ohhh:

M5 is a rich person's car. $110k MSRP all day long

Dealers trying to normalize it so people don’t feel as
bad when they get roped into a $500-800/month payment.

“B-b-but, people are paying over $1k/month”

:unimpressed:
I agree. They have to be trying to normalize this. I don’t know anyone paying above $700 for their payments and if they are they would probably be embarrassed to say anything.

Also what I want to know is how many months and what is the interest rate that they are paying
