Everybody and their mother knows that many of the vehicles in the Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep lineup are antiquated, however none of this alters the fact that Dodge's reliability has improved significantly, plus there are a number of other automobile brands who also have dated vehicles in their lineup which were ranked much lower by Consumer Reports than Dodge so your premise is flawed

This means nothing. The brand Dodge doesn’t have many vehicles in their lineup & the ones that they do have are old as dirt. All their current platforms came out when I was in high school 10+ years ago. They been using the Pentastar motor before a lot of us were born.
If they’re using old technology then hell yeah it better be reliable

Hellcats got damn near 800 hp. a class mercedes has 255 hp. If you don't give a fukk about power and performance. then spend twice as much money for a fancy interior. do you. But some of us just want to go fast. period.

besides it's easier and cheaper to customize your interior then it is to add 500 hp to your ride.

It depends on what you value out of a car. The Scat Pack comes with a V8. Most car brands are moving away from big ass engines like that so if you’re trying to match it you’re looking in M5 territory and that’s a $100k+ car. That’s why FCA is paying fines out the ass because they’re saying fukk a EPA regulation.
If you don’t care about straight line quickness you can get a S4 or a Mustang GT350.

What’s the point in having 800hp when nikkas won’t even know what 1/4 of it even feels like pause. nikkas not bringing their cars to track days. On top of having a thirsty ass V8 that you gotta fill up everyday. 300hp is enough for 90% of people out here.

Anybody saying that pound for pound, HP for HP, Dodge is the best value out of any car brand is lying to you. Nobody is giving away power like that for the price that Dodge is.
