I've been to that theater before too. Out of all the theaters in NJ wouldn't think she would have chosen that one.

people just be saying shyt. Killmonger was easily the best antagonist in the MCU so far. How Carol Danver got her powers could have been summed up in the first 5 minutes like they did in BP, and they could have actually told a better story. I still thought the movie was okay though.

I couldn’t get into BP because MBJ’s acting was so terrible. At least Yon Rag’s acting was believable.

Overall just terrible movie. Just a filler episode and cash grab by marvel until avengers endgame. I still have no clue who she is supposed to be or her motivations or why we should care about her after watching this film. I don't ever wanna hear anyone mention plot holes or nit pick any DC film again if they support this trash.
I know every movie doesnt go for the realism angle.. but unless its a comedy some common sense needs to be applied. So many head scratching moments in this film. The sista just finds out aliens exist and while one has her daughter hostage outside she getting sassy with the other alien and cracking jokes? Are you kidding me?
Nick Fury loses his eye and is just chillin cooking dinner and smiling and crackin jokes at the dinner table right afterwards? Are you kidding me? this shouldnt happen in a 2019 marvel film.

One last thing. Brie larsons lack of athletic ability also severely hurt this film. Watching her try to run or do anything athletic in this film was painful. I doubt she has ever even ran on a treadmill. She was completely miscast. I think basic physical fitness is the basis of playing any comic book super hero. No amount of camera tricks can make up for that.
