This was cool. Not that good, but not bad. One part where they really dropped the ball for me is when she had her power coming out party, they done fun music playing instead of some powerful shyt going on took away from the scene to me.
Lower 3rd of MCU movies, but it's hard to beat out some of the shyt they've done so far.

I enjoyed the movie just saw It in imax. Didn’t love the comedy and how. Carol was quipping from minute 1. Also Brie gotta grow into the role was flat in some parts . Mendolsohn killed it 6/10I'm ready for the cats who didn't see it to judge it based on quotes from reviewers they promised not to listen to because they're biased
This. Carol character development saved the movie from being complete trash to pretty good. In all honesty she probably has some of the best character moment payoffs for her origin flick out of any marvel character.I thought it was good
I’d say the character development of Carol was the main element that kept the movie a float.
I wonder how comic fans will feel about certain choices made with the Kree and Skrull.
I didn't like the overly humorous tone during climactic scenes. But Marvel's been doing it for awhile now and it hasn't stopped me from showing up.
Overall still just a pretty good movie. It's like 7 to me.
Though certain style choices let you know that this film will not age well.

Skrull twist. Years of reading comics and the Secret Invasion books had me hating these motherfukkers from the jump. At the end I was like, "FIND THEM A HOME, CAROL!"
My problem with it was that it was kinda predictable

It's funny reading most of ya'll consensus on here about saying that the character development and the like was what did the movie justice the most, whereas I'm watching comic book reviewers saying while they liked the movie, it fell short in the development area for Cap. Marvel.
