Are there any fun and quippy female superheroes like Ironman or Spiderman in marvel? Maybe they should have made a Jessica Jones movie, she has a bit of a drunken misfit vibe to her at least. Which is different than them. They kinda mimicked her personality with Valkyrie in Thor Ragnarok now i think of it. Two drunks are the only different female characters

We need Domino in the MCU.

And that’s when you bring in Squirrel Girl and Ms Marvel

I tend to believe, the most honest, truest and best impressions is “your own”

But I am curious. What if those “real impressions” come back as;

“Wow this was really a pretty good movie!”
“Enjoyably!”
“Better than expected!”
“Brie was great!”
“Would watch again!”

Like we already know the reaction if this movie is bad, but if you get positive reactions like that.

Would you accept that or still be in skeptical disbelief and claim “these are fake reviews, propaganda, Disney paid someone off cuz this just has to be a bad movie JUST BECAUSE” ?

My issue with what I’m seeing here is there is clear nonsensical aspects to the release of this movie. Why is the review embargo for a marvel movie coming three days before the movie is released? This isn’t common and if they are confident in their product why wait so late? They haven’t for their others and troll comments have nothing to do with the professional critics that review the movie. So why keep it a secret?

Also this is not the first female led superhero movie. Wonder Woman dropped two years ago, did well, and was well received. So why are kid gloves being used for captain marvel? It is not the first of its kind, so why the secrecy. It seems like the movie might not be as good and they are using the tactics to create a narrative to combat that when it comes out. Idk but this is very abnormal in terms of Marvels MO.

They waited 4 days before A3 and that was good. They might have a new strategy when it comes to the embargo. Anyway, the embargo is up tomorrow morning. So the wait is over.

I guess I just don’t look at the theater experience as.... the “Super Bowl level experience thing” per say.

If I can go see say; Den of Thieves, Creed 2, Hotel Artimus, Bad Times at the El Royals, Glass, Sorry To Bother You, and etc movies on par with that.

I can go see this without any hesitation.... and that’s excluding some actually bad CBM that’s dropped over the years that I won’t name cuz I don’t want it to look like I’m taking shots

I too been burned, but I like to atleast try to walk in with an open mind
