Captain America and it's not even close. Dude managed put the beats on Iron Man () and can apparently dodge bullets. Marvel characters are broken as fukk.

dodging bullets makes total sense. the serum he was given not only enhanced his reflexes, it enhanced his eyesight as well. he sees faster, and his body is fast enough to adjust to what he sees.

People forget that Marvel characters have been around for nearly 100 years. That a century of multiple stories and data to draw feats and information from. In the grand scheme of things, characters like Snake who only appear in a few games don't have 1% of the appearances Cap and comic characters have. More appearances equal more opportunities for a power creep.

Snake is one of my favorite video game characters but Captain Americas resume is way too thick. Caps accomplishments in the past 5 years are greater than Snakes whole career.
