Overrated????
I expected EPIC-ness. It's just a dopey action film sans a great actor like Downey. Plus, anyone not ready to admit Captain America has always been the lamest superhero of prominence is lying.
WTF???? Cap for all his blandness is an amazing superhero... Why is he lame cause he throws a shield. He would go into hell if it meant fighting the bad guys. Cap is my new favorite avenger. Stark is funny but Cap has his moments... Cap 2 was EPIC in scope way better than the other movies before it. Better than iron man 2 &3 and better than thor2... it's up there with the avengers that's the consensus flying around on there.

Hes a boring character. but its a pretty good action movie. not everyone can be as charismatic as rdj but have some redeeming quality to root for.
Blandness personality wise.... But c'mon did you not see how he fought against winter soldier. shyt was popping!!!
I am not hatting on anybody but a film like this should of definitely been seen in theaters to get the full effect of the movie experience. That being said BR is audio and picture quality were awesome, but they still fall short compared to watching it at the theater. If you got the BR definitely check out the commentary with the Russo's Bros and the writers. It's very informative if you like that sort of things.
I would recommend watching the first movie due to the character development being carried over to Cap 2. As the writers said on the commentary of the for TWS it could be seen without seeing the first one since they have flashbacks type sequences to help you understand the events that happened in the first movie and Avengers.
