Pretty sure that's Bucky. Same outfit & backpack as when he's riding the bike.

I think people are expecting way too much Spider-Man out of this movie when it's really going to be a small role/cameo at best.

I think I read somewhere that the Spider-Man role is going to be something like the Quicksilver role in Days of Future Past. Apparently he's in one of the big fights and you see some of his home life.

I dont think its been revealed yet, but The Avengers were in Wakanda in AOU fighting Klaw. In the trailer it looks like there's a worldwide manhunt for Bucky. Maybe they tie it in with that somehow.

The avengers were somewhere near Southern Africa, NOT Wakanda.

As for why T'Challa is involved, all we know is he might be going after Bucky. Bucky is somehow connected to something related to Wakanda, whether it be Klaw stealing the vibranium in AoU or something else.

Could potentially be assasination fukkery too. Black Widow tells a story about Bucky putting in work on that Iranian physicist in Winter Soldier - it's possible that this retelling has him 'involved' with T'chaka's death.
