Dude came in a suit like looking like he dropped off the set of another movie, just with his palm covered in metal.

Aw that sucks. That could have been a really good storyline if done right. And could have used a pre Sarah Carter destroyer, which could have been dope

They can't even give the character superpowers or make him a supersoldier?. They're really just gonna keep him as a regular man in a damn fantasy superhero action flick

I was thinking of just waiting until it hits D+ and this more so solidifies that idea. I doubt Thunderbolts will be much better.

Kind of sad because the first 3 Cap movies in the MCU are all great.

Universal Studios owned the distribution rights for Hulk-centered films from the 2000s until recently. That's why there hasn't been a Hulk film since 2008.

The Hulk (and other Hulk-adjacent characters) could appear in MCU films, but only as a side character. I believe that Marvel regained the distribution rights to Hulk films a couple years ago (though I'm not 100% sure).

Universal studios owns the films rights to Hulk so Marvel doesn’t want to pay them if they make a solo movie.

Universal most likely didn't want to clash with the MCU.

Also, they have other IPs that make them money (Fast & Furious, Jurassic Park, Despicable Me, etc.). The Hulk was low priority.
