I would honestly want to see an Ant-Man movie, if only because the Hot Fuzz director is supposed to be at the helm. It might be like someone just said about Cap, I don't care for him in the comics but like him in the movies.
im just saying, by then there will have already been like 5 movies with cap in it. we have never seen a batman vs superman movie. i'd probably see the superman vs batman movie over captain america 3
It could win, however their profits will be slashed in doing so , usually films have a solid 3 week gross at the box office it'd be smart if they were on a date by themselves
Plus if it loses to cap, it'll be perceived as a flop
i agree it's kinda stupid but if they wanna go at marvel neck head on, i don't blame them.

For real...this doesn't happen very much. I know Ghostbusters and Gremlins came out the same day in 1984 and Batman and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade came out the same day in 1989. This is quite the unique situation we got going on here.

marvel is either playing chicken or using cap as its sacrificial lamb to preserve the avengers place as the numero uno franchise film. i expect b.v.s. to win if this goes down, but cap will lessen the blow and unless this winter soldier has an ironman like effect at the box office, in the end all marvel is doing is placing their 4th place superhero franchise up against what dc hopes to become their "avengers killer" and probable flagship going forward (if we're calling this what it is, a justice league film) since the batman run is over.
