Captain America 3 drops the same day as Batman vs Superman

I think only Black Widow movie is the only possible overexposure. Unless they kill Capt. and make Bucky his replacement, I don't see why Bucky is in this. They'd be stupid to skip the Winter Soldier story.

They're kind of setting Cap up to lose in that situation but it's all good....the Cap movie was very good to me in the Superhero context..the old bullied kid showing more heart than anyone who signed up for the military and things of that pedrigree. Winter Soldier looks good but they want to fukk with those sales..but likely fans of both will just see both anyway for a double showing or some shyt.

Batman/Superman will get that ass whooped. I love both characters more than Capt. America but that movie might not even be able to stand Winter Soldier's hype. Just think of how people will be like when 3 comes out. Marvel's going to step all over DC again.

Like I said before, Bale's portrayal of Batman was too polarizing for people to be 100% on board with seeing a new batman. Man of Steel also didn't wow nikkas and lost value over time.

yup...which is exactly why i think this is the right project (after nolans films) to bring him back in.....as it is not just a batman movie....it woulda been perfect if they had this whole Idea after batman begins and they coulda had nolan set the shyt up, even if Bale wasnt batman, they still woulda been better off. Instead they jump on the back of a superman movie, and I dont think Superman has the masses like Batman does......but ima BatStan so

Batman's story is too well known and too intricate to just have the character thrown into a movie. Batman/Bruce Wayne are lead roles and every Batman movie started with an origins point. Unless Batman is going to have the same procedure Captain America had I don't see how this will work.

I am sure the plan from the studio would be to do 3 Black Widow movies like the rest of the solo characters plus they will probably try and do a Winter Soldier solo flick so they would need to have Stan locked in for those too.
Those contracts don't mean that the actor will actually star in 9 movies, it just gives the studio the option to use an actor in that many films without having to renegotiate his or her asking price.

Cap 3 will becoming after Avengers 2. Disney/Marvel will likely have a good head of steam and Cap 3 will benefit. It doesn't even have to beat Bats vs Supes, just split superhero sales enough to make Bats vs Supes not a slam dunk success. Where's that leave DC films if the movie gets an eh reaction? This is it for them, they need it to be an unchallenged success. They should move it to later in the summer.
