Im just asking your opinion. In cape verde these issues are negligible. Cape Verde isnt like Brazil where black people cant get an education and isnt like India where you can be born into a nightmare you can never escape. If anything their issue is poverty from only having 500 thousand people and a 2 billion GDP. Its still a developing nation, a rising one and in time i think the issues you're talking about will fade and if not i dont think it will matter because people CV is so mixed most people get along with one another.

India, a country with billions of people and nucl#@r weapons is a lot more developed and is still run as a nigthmare for many people born into poverty. I think time will fair better for the poverty stricken in Cape Verde than it will India. No disrespect.

You say that CV's should be like Americans but how do you feel about Arranged Marriages. You know, not even having a choice of who you want to marry.
