At the end of the day, the japanese have made classics and with the new generation coming up they can make a resurgance. The action games produced by the west have their niche but extreme action and anything thats not first person is not really their forte like that. Visceral, GOW dev company and Rockstar probably the only companies that can make action games in the west.

alot of japanese developers aren't trying to biased against the west anymore which is weird because now developers like kojima are talking to naughtydog about hte engine they used for "the last of us".
I think the west has a lot to teach the japanese about cinematic style and the east has a lot to teach the west about deep game engines. I like what visceral games did with their god of war clone, Dantes Inferno. We need more action games with a nice deep moveset.
Capcom been slipping recently.
they stopped catering to the people who actually support them
dropped the ball hugely on Monster Hunter in the west
plus the SF fukkery and countless othershyt

and the first couple midnight clubs everything ELSE is trash and fakkitry, my white homie used to hype up bully like it was the greatest thing on the ps2
never liked max payne like that and manhunt was overrated as fukk, never played la snore but the gameplay vids look terrible so nah not imo it isnt, capcom is the goat jap developer rocstar is a one trick pony (open world gaming)
