Imma go with my countryman and pick Canelo, but his past struggles with making midfight adjustments have me worried. The Martinez and Geale fights have Cotto looking like an undersized destroyer, but he ain't going to have that same luck trying to bully Canelo around the ring, this fight is going the distance cause both these dudes can take a punch.
Most of my homies expecting this to be all action, but I can envision a lot more boxing taking place on Saturday. No doubt they're going to trade, but Canelo will have to demonstrate superb counterpunching and footwork in order to trump Cotto, who will undoubtedly try to use his IQ over his muscle to pull out a W.
Cotto is physically very strong. He's a tank & Canelo's not the type of fighter to get physical or try to man handle you. I knew Cotto was physically strong when he was able to manhandle Sugar Shane in clinches in their fight. And in his fight with Floyd he pushed him around a bit & try to impose that physicality on him & established he was physically stronger but that was about it.

I do think it's a 50-50 fight. And I don't think canelo from the trout fight can win. but I think he's improved a lot since then and I expect to witness even further improvement on saturday. I think he's gonna surprise a lot of people.

I think Canelo destroys Gaele just as impressive, dude is trash. My questions going in are at what distance will this fight be taking place and whose struggle stamina will show up first?
