Freddie is right this time, brehs. Cotto is gonna win this one.

Yo....why do every Puerto Rican hit this facial expression on a daily basis???
early hooks to the body= cotto getting knocked out earlierCotto got this. Those slow feet of Canelo's can only hold up so long. Early hooks to the body=Canelo gassing earlier than usual
Breh, since Cotto has been with Roach, he's changed the whole dynamic of his balance, and positioning. He's always hooked off the jab, granted. But the hard cotto hook throws following his jab is quick and more of a pivot then 6 inch extensions hook. Canelo may be able to counter it, but I doubt it. If he is, I'd imagine it'd be w a left hook, like he did against Anguloearly hooks to the body= cotto getting knocked out earlier
that first time cotto throws a body shot and he gets a straight right to the face, he's gonna think twice about going to the body again
I don't see anything different with cotto. vs geale he was still wide open for the straight right off that left hook the body. that's actually when geale was able to catch him. cotto stopped throwing the left hook to the body in the past because everybody was training for it and timing him. canelo will be prepared for them body shots. it's most likely the strategy his gameplan revolves around. cotto is still there to be hit off his body work...he just hasn't faced anybody lately who could exploit it. ever since trout, cotto has pretty much had a comfortable time in the boxing ring....it's been a while since he's had to fight fire with fire. when he starts getting tagged by a strong fighter in his prime, we're gonna see if he's really improved or if this mean streak was just a case of perfect matchmaking. I think it'll be a great fight either way, with both guys being hurt. but cotto will take more and ultimately accept defeat.Breh, since Cotto has been with Roach, he's changed the whole dynamic of his balance, and positioning.
