Is it just me or is this fight not getting the proper amount of hype from casuals?
Feel like this should be a bigger fight than it is , promotion wise

I don't understand their ads at all...they don't ever talk about when things are going to air, what's on their platform, how to watch, etc. Those first ads they had with Buffer and Canelo were just awful. Like @patscorpio mentioned, their shoulder programming is lacking too. They barely put any effort into it.

I don't get it, they pay tons of money for these guys but they don't shoot any interviews or put any effort into building up fights. Instead you get Ak and Barak interviewing 50 cent, Shawn Porter and Shakur Stevenson

Their campaign is so strange. You would think they'd use the fight to sell the network by including the date. The ads make it seem like they're selling the network to promote the fight.

Like "get DAZN....get DAZN....get DAZN, oh yeah we have a fight coming up you might want to check out."

It's because everybody already knows Canelo is going to get the Win no matter what happens.

You would think in a 50/50 or even 55/45 type of fight, more than 2 people out of 19 would pick Jacobs to win.

It's not that Jacobs can't pull the upset. He clearly has the tools to do so. It's just that nobody is convinced he'll get the credit if he does. So why go out on a limb and pick him to win if you already know Canelo gets the benefit of the doubt no matter what?

Canelo won't feel like he's in another super fight again until he loses a decision that most of the public (casuals, advanced casuals, and hardcore fans) agree with.

Oscar's super fights kept feeling important up until his retirement, because there was the intrigue of the unknown since we've seen him lose some close fights before.
