You do know most light skinned Americans got that way because of white genetics. Does it matter if the white genetics is from an immediate parent or three generations ago?

Steph Curry might have two "black parents" but he is most definitely mixed. Stephen Curry's daughter will claim black when it's convenient but genetically she is most likely not even 50% black.

The one drop rule needs to go, plus it's confusing the heck out of people.

If Africans inherited the "lightskin" pheno type from whites than we all would be drakes color

It's only confusing to you. You sound white

You definitely don't live in America either. Do you really think you could tell how far back someone's white genes go just by looking at them? And how is this supposed to be enforced? You think lightskinned people are going to just stop calling themselves black instantly?

You're a white troll who doesn't get out the house to talk to black people, you'd sound retarded if you said this irl

This recurring topic on here proves that most of y'all don't get out the house. Some of y'all must've not looked at your own family if you're really black. For instance, I have biracial cousins. 2 of my cousins are brown skinned with strong black features, you wouldn't know that they were biracial unless they told you. My mother is lighter than them, even though there's no close white ancestor in my family. My other cousins look more obviously mixed

Black people's skin tone is something of a crap shoot. Siblings can be different skin tones. Most of my family is dark, but my mother light. I remember there was a joke on Family Guy about the Cosby Show. Peter asked, "why are they all different shades of black." That's how black families look irl

Do y'all think that all black people are naturally dark, without white admixing?

That's because you can't tell who's biracial and just light skinned just by looking at people, dummy. This thread is proof of that. Some think that they can but others know that they can't. Trying to draw a line between light skinned and mixed/biracial just leads to the confusion, division and ignorance that you see in this thread. "I can tell by the behavior and vernacular". You sound like a gotdamn cracker with that talk. That's that "talking/acting white/black" shyt.

No, you can't tell and it's silly to think that you can. Just because a Vanessa Williams doesn't have an immediate black parent doesn't mean that she isn't obviously mixed/biracial. Same with Steph Curry and Russell Wilson.

This is obviously about sewing division and confusion and keeping the black community disunited.
